MESSAGE: the production management system for small medium enterprises

MesSage is the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) system for small and medium enterprises.

With the installation of this easy-to-use basic management system with an easy-to-understand interface, you have the possibility to monitor the main production functions (processes and machine status), customer master data and production orders.

With Message you can:

• Simply send the Part Programs and the pieces to be produced to the machine tool, based on the order to be processed;
• Manually download or send PartProgram to the numerical control;
• Verify the return data of the machine in real time, such as the piece count, the start and end of processing. Any interruptions in processing and the reasons saved in a log that can be consulted;
• Know the status of the machines in real time (Production, Stop, Alarm, Emergency and Shutdown, and more), thanks to the page dedicated to the fleet of machines.
• Furthermore, the mode selected for each numerical control can be displayed, all changes in the status of the machines and any messages are saved in the log;
• Management of accesses and authentications of each user who can have different permissions within the application;

MesSage is compatible with the main numerical controls on the market and integrates perfectly with the other TMC Automation System products for industry 4.0, such as:

• I4.0Box for two-way communication between the machine and the outside world;
• TIMS for tool data management (tool magazines, tracking);

MesSage is a WEB application and as such can be used from any device capable of hosting a browser (Crome, Firefox, Safari etc…) connected to the network.
